BioSyn does not guarantee refunds, exchanges, or replacements except where required by law.
If a refund or replacement is approved at BioSyn’s sole discretion:
- A restocking fee may apply
- Shipping fees are non-refundable

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting BioSyn may result in permanent account restrictions and collection action.
